Bruce Pratt started Kellywood Properties with his wife Khristine in 2024. Bruce has been personally involved with every aspect of purchasing, rehabbing, and selling properties for Kellywood and continues to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business. He looks forward to working with every client to help them achieve whatever personal, family, or business goals they have in mind for their properties.
